New Door Access System

Hello Parish & Newman Community!

We are in the process of transitioning to a NEW SYSTEM for accessing the Newman Center. Starting today, your key cards/fobs will be defunct, and door access will instead be by phone Bluetooth through an app called Pro Data Key.

Here's what you need to know:

-For the time being, if you can’t get in, wave someone down or ring the doorbell. The door will be propped for Newman dinner.

-If you are registered with the parish and have a keycard, you should have received an email from Prodata Key Cloud Systems. Follow the instructions in that email to download the app and activate your credentials. Then when the new system goes live, you will be able to unlock the doors with Bluetooth access from your phone.

-If you have a key card but have NOT received that email, that probably means that you never completed an official parish registration. So go to saintsaj.org/parish-registration and fill it out, and specify that you want digital access. Then once you approved you will get the email from Pro Data Key.

-If you don’t have a key card and have never registered with the parish, then you’ll do the same thing—go to saintsaj.org/parish-registration and fill it out and say you want door access, and shortly after you should receive an email from Pro Data Key.

ONCE YOU HAVE ACTIVATED YOUR CREDENTIALS, the Bluetooth from your phone will unlock the Newman Center door once you are within three feet of the door. Make sure that you enable Bluetooth, and that you enable the app to access your location at all times.

Please be patient as the transition to this new system takes place! If you still don't have door access by the end of the day tomorrow, you can email cgeorge@saintsaj.org to troubleshoot.

Thank you for being flexible in this transition!

-The Parish & Newman Center Team
